EESS Conformity Certification is the business trading under Conformity Certification Services Pty Limited that delivers Product Safety Certification for Electrical Equipment, Appliances and Accessories, manufactured locally or imported into Australia or New Zealand.
As a Recognised External Certification Scheme (RECS), EESS Conformity Certification can issue a Certificate of Conformity for Level 3 Equipment under the ERAC Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS).
As a Recognised External Approval Scheme (REAS), EESS Conformity Certification can also issue a Certificate of Approval for Declared Articles (Level 3 Equipment) and a Certificate of Suitability under JAS-ANZ accreditation.
The Certificate details for all In-scope Electrical Equipment are uploaded to the National Certification Database. This includes the details of a Certificate of Conformity, Certificate of Suitability and Certificate of Approval. The Certificate requires the product to be marked with the RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark) in accordance with the requirements of the relevant parts of AS/NZS 4417.
Under the Mutual Recognition Agreement and the Trans-Tasman Mutual Agreement, certification by EESS Conformity Certification is recognised by all States and Territories of Australia and New Zealand.

EMC Conformity Certification is the business trading under Conformity Certification Services Pty Limited that delivers EMC Certification for the assessment of documentation sufficient to satisfy the Australian Communication and Media Authority (ACMA) Radiocommunications Act 1992 regulatory arrangements. The certificate requires the product to also be marked with RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark) in accordance with the requirement of the relevant parts of AS/NZS 4417.
